Our return policy is designed to satisfy you. If you are dissatisfied with our perfumes, you may seek a refund under the following terms:

• Return Policy: We accept returns within One day of delivery.
• Eligibility: For a return, the perfume must be in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Restocking cost: Depending on the product, you may be charged a 10% restocking cost.

Exceptions

• Opened or Used Products: We do not accept perfume returns that have been opened or used.
• Special Orders: Afnan 9pm, al wisam, and daarej perfumes are final sale and non-returnable.
• Gift Sets: Gift sets must be returned in their entirety, with all original packaging and components.
